Hello! My name is Kris or you call just call me Zelda, because, you guessed it, that's my favorite game. I am indeed of the female gender, but I can kick all my guy friends' butts anytime. There are about 19 Zelda games (in case you didn't know, and not all are released) So I will just rate Wind Waker because it is under appreciated.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
~While it is not a direct sequel to Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time, it becomes the explanation of what might of happened to the original Link. The story starts on a small island that homes the rencarnation of Link, Hero of Time. The boy sets out on a journey after his little sister has been kidnapped, as Ganondorf has mistaken her for the lost Princess Zelda.
~I agree that the art was a bit of a turn off, but the plot of this game was by far the best Zelda plot I've seen. You also get to do much more sword fighting outside of boss battles which is a plus. It follows in the glorious Zelda tradition, and is a beautiful game.
~I rate this game 10/10 for I belive that plot and characters are much better then graphics.

That's my first rating. *nervous laughter*

keep in mind, this review is done when i'm only part-way through the game, and knowing square, it will get a million times better.

KINGDOM HEARTS 2
starts off slow. pace quickens, plot thickens, all the signs that you're playing a square game. if you think, i played the first one, the fighting hasn't changed. you'll be proved wrong, it'll just take some time to prove you wrong. you don't play as sora for the first 3 hours of the game, but it's fine because of how the story is going and the fact that the person you do play as is pretty cool in his own respects. but this game has an addiction factor. times a lot. i can't seem to put it down, only for writing this review, and for work. i wonder how many sick days i have left...... but anyway, this is an amazing game. and even if you may not have cared for the first one (which is, to my knowledge, impossible. unless you don't have the required security in your masculinity to play a game with disney characters), this one is better, so give it a chance. the battle system adds some nice features like a "god of war"esque reaction button commands. (you hit triange when it pops up to do a cool attack that involves things such as flying through the hydras heads and attacking them on pegasus, and also limit breaks.) this game also adds in the drive gauge, which also substitutes for the summon gauge. what this means is, that when your drive gauge is full, you can turn into different forms that you acquire throughout the game. the first one it starts you off with is the valor form, you combine with goofy and you do more damage plus you dual wield two keyblades. it's probably the most fun i've had in a while with a game. if you liked the first one at all, you'll love this one and not be let down by it. just give it some time, a handful of hours of playtime, and it will prove to you that this is the true heir to kingdom hearts, and that it's earned it's name as a sequel.
10/10

i'll make another review later on, after it somehow gets even better. :)

it's been too long. but i've got some reviews for you.

RADIATA STORIES: ps2
RATED T

did you like star ocean: till the end of time? you'll love this. great plot, great characters, great replayability. i hope square enix keeps up the good work
8/10

ROMANCING SAGA: ps2
RATED E10

another square enix game, a remake of an older one though. the battle system is a little lacking, and it never really tells you where to go. it lacks direction a lot of the time, but it's still a good game.
6.5/10

JAK X: COMBAT RACING: ps2
RATED T

i love this game. it's like the best parts of burnout mixed with the best parts of mario kart. i cannot express how good this game is. it's just a shame that there is no co-op. but there is online play.
9/10

RATCHET: DEADLOCKED: ps2
RATED T

fun. that's all there is to it. it's a blast, but it's too short. the replayability is there, but it's kind of unnecesary. but the online part truly shows you where this game is. particles everywhere, stuff exploding left and right. this is how you have the most fun with a shooter online.
9/10

i don't know if i reviewed this yet or not but here it goes anyway:
SOUL CALIBUR III: ps2
RATED T

i know what you've heard, "it's not as good, blah blah blah." they're kind of right, it's better. it's much better than two. the characters are more balance, raphael's cheapness has been nerfed. the graphics are beautiful. the custom character mode could be better, but it's still pretty cool. if you like fighting games at all, or even if you don't care for them, pick this up. it will either start your fighting game career or give you a new way to kick some cocky kids face in.
9.5/10

GUN: xbox,ps2,gamecube,360
RATED M

i played this game on xbox, so the graphics were even better, keep that in mind. this game is amazing. it's addicting, it's beautiful, it's gory. and even better, it's not a tony hawk game. grats to neversoft for finally making something worthwhile. the sidequests are kind of pointless and the game itself is not too long. but the plot, action, controls and pretty much everything else are amazing. and now it's 30 dollars so you have no excuse to not get it.
9/10

XBOX 360
won't be too sure until the other systems come out but for now....
wtf? 400 dollars for an xbox ver1.5? this is the most overhyped piece of crap i have ever wasted my time with. then you get all those fanboys saying it's the best. why? because of the 3 good games out for it/ because the fact you just paid 250 more dollars than a regular xbox just to get similar graphics? they could have done this with the original xbox if they tried. look at doom 3, now compare to quake 4. same graphics, but to top it all off, the 360 is having framerate problems! same as full auto! "that's a nice slideshow i'm playing, now for the game." save your money and buy A)a pc, it's better anyway or B)a ps3 which is also, better already and it's not even out yet. but this is all for now, we'll see once microsoft actually starts releasing games for it how good it is. till then, it's a waste of time and money.

NINTENDO DS
nintendo, why do you do this to me? you push me far away by being such stubborn fools, then you drag me back by making your stubborness work. now i can't wait for the revolution either thanks to it's 200 dollar price tag. now you better release more than mario, zelda, and metroid for the revolution. kind of like what you didn't do with the gamecube.

SONY PSP
now that's it's actually got some games out, it's a force to be reckoned with. though the movies still outnumber the games, which pisses me off to no end mind you, there are some quality games out with more on the way. a new tenchu for psp? sign me up.

that's it for now kids, but i'll be updating more in the future.
sincerely,
one of your mods,
tony.

The words... [28 Apr 2005|03:18pm]

So many things out there are being said about it, but we don't yet know what is true. The X-BOX 360, what looks to be a GREAT gaming devic, is what I am talking about. So, after taking all the millions of rumors that have been told, and the few facts there actually are about it, here...

This starts with a colony, I would say, ourcolony actually. I think it's similar to the ilovebees site from before, if you dont understand what I'm talking about with that, then ok. You shouldnt.
But, here...

I think, it will have a removable hard drive, 40 gig, and when removed could act as a media device. There have been so many things out there that point to this, and with the new picture has appeared, it looks like this may true. There is also this one that showed up too....

zeldagamerlink
Ok, I don't know if you've heard of the colony, but I need to get people to join mine, cause I need the info the site tells me.

go to www.ourcolony.net and figure out how to get in. If you do, then click on the join community bar thing. Then find the colony named:

and enter this as the password:

If you can't figure out what the quiz is to get into the site, then I will tell you what it is, but I think you could figure it out, so yeah. Message me back and tell me if you want to join in or not. I do need your help though. Cause I, or we, need to have at least 5 people in our community.

Next Gen Xbox's MTV Debut
Half hour special hosted by Elijah Wood.
by Axel Strohm
04/11/2005
While new game consoles are traditionally unveiled at industry-only events like the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Microsoft's next-generation game console will make its debut in front of a global television audience on MTV.
"Just as MTV revolutionized the way the world experiences music, the next-generation video game console from Xbox will spark a revolution in how consumers experience games and other forms of digital entertainment," says Peter Moore, corporate vice president of worldwide marketing and publishing for Xbox at Microsoft.

Elijah Wood, internationally known for his role in the Academy Award-winning Lord of the Rings trilogy will host the event. The special will provide a look at upcoming games, a behind the scenes look at the making of the console, live performances by Los Angeles rock group The Killers and celebrity interviews.

The special will air in North America on May 12 at 9:30 Eastern, followed by broadcast in Asia Pacific and Europe over a 24 hour period.

After about two to three seconds of the PSP being on, in my possetion, I knew what the worlds knows. The DS is going down. Despite the sales problems the PSP has had so far, when the price hits $199.99 there will be no saving DS. Nintendo will DEFINATELY have to work their asses off for the DS to come out on top. I mean, seriously. I can explain little about the PSP, cause you can't get the feeling of it without actually touching it....

I have been waiting for this.... [04 Apr 2005|07:15pm]

zeldagamerlink
The zeldagamerlink rating of,

The Sony PSP

Sadly, many people think I am out to get Sony, and think I am not ever gonna give them a break. I figure these are the same people that have never seen my mass amount of PS2 games, or realize that I have two times as many PS2 games as I do GBA, Nintendo DS, 3DO, Saturn, PS1, X-Box, and Gamecube combined. So, that is to be cleared up before I start my pre-review.

On a note, this is my right before I buy it judgement, after this weekend I will give it an after owned rating.

Pre-Bought Overall Score:

9.98172637816248265681355214778287234/10

This is a very close decision because this thing has what appear to be almost flawless features. I only had a few problems with it, one was a big one, but it is something that I can deal with.
The BIG problem I have with it is it's battery life. This isn't enough to take the rating down very much at all, but it does give a .00000000001 difference. Only having 2 to 3 hours for a movie without the AC adapter is kinda blah, but at least it makes up for it with the 6 hour gameplay length. My question to this is, what if you are playing a game with alot of "movielike" cut-scenes? Is this gonna take my battery power down or is it gonna stick with the 6 hours? When I give my next review hopefully I have a game with alot of them to check this with. Hopefully you see why the 2 to 3 hours movie is a big deal to me. If I'm watching a movie, I don't think I'll be watching Lord Of The Rings, or Bicentenial Man, so i don't have to worry too much. Luckily, if I do want to watch those though, there is the Nyko Theater Experience.

The things that come with it, you know the 32MB Memory Stick, headphones, AC adapter, carrying case, demo disc, and wrist strap. Yeah, those are kinda nice.

The memory stick is cool cause you can load music and pictures to it, which is nice. Also, you can buy a SanDisk Memory Stick, which they make in the sizes of 256, 512, and a gig. For those of you who don't know, the gig, thats the better of all of the sizes.

An interesting bit is the screen. It changes with the month. Thats kinda cool. Unless you don't like the color for that month. Then your stuck with it. Oh well. I like the colors.
January: White
February: Soft Yellow
March: Pea Green
April: Pink
May: Green
June: Soft Purple
July: Turquoise
August: Navy Blue
September: Purple
October: Yellow
November: Brown
December: Red

More when I buy it.... till then...

Right and wrong... [04 Apr 2005|03:27pm]

zeldagamerlink
This post started as a return comment to tonerboner's comment to this post.

You are right about alot of things with this, but you do forget that Nintendo has a history of overcoming the odds. Lets see, they are still around, Sega is gone. They kicked themselves in the face by making and selling the playstation, but they are still fighting the good fight, and they aren't losing money on the gamecube, gba/gbasp, or the ds like sony has ALREADY lost on the PSP. The truth of the matter is that the PSP is awesome. No matter what, I love it, and want it VERY badly. But the PSP has already lost the company so much money they are going to have a hell of a time making it up. Despite the fact that they are selling PSP's well, they haven't even made a dent in how much it cost them to make it with its current profit, or lack thereof, from it.

So at the current rate, Sony will be out of gaming before Nintendo. And no, not "just because" of the PSP. Also, they have their, "legal battle" that is going to take a HUGE effect on their profits. You can't lose 90.6 million dollars, be told to remove your PS2's, PSP's and many game titles, and expect to stay afloat. Yes the case has been appealed, so they have more time, but they have no chance of getting a reversal. All an appeal does is see if the evidence used was stable enough to carry the sentence, they are screwed in that respect because they used the EXACT technology that the Emmerson Company patented for copyright. Microsoft, in case you didnt know also got in trouble for this but they were smart enough to take care of it out of court for 20 million dollars, then they bought 10% of the company.

But, back to the point I was trying to make. Nintendo doesn't lose anything on the "vibration technology" they used because it was their own design and they got an agreement with Emmerson before they implemented it. So, those TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS that the PS2 outsold the other two has been consumed, by the THENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS that they lost in the Emmerson battle, and the MILLIONS they currently are under in the wait for the PSP to turn a profit.

Now, to the defense of Sony, they are not gonna fall off the gaming market from any of this. They are only going to have drawbacks. They will financially suffer for sometime, but, they will kick back, and hopefully very strongly.

Back to Nintendo, they are finally planning out the big beyond. Yes they are making online plans. GASP! Of course though, a little late for the Gamecube. So the Revolution, thats the codename for the next Nintendo, is going WI-FI. Along with the WI-FI for the DS. They, "plan to have an active agenda for online play for the next generation of Nintendo products", which, starts with the goliath of games the DS has coming to it by the end of the year. The most noteable game to have the Online feature will be Animal Crossing DS, which AC was awesome so you can only figure as much from a DS version. The DS is about 6 to 7 months set in now, and it still has few titles, which hinders it, but their are many on the way. Which goes back to the PSP, which thank god has about 20 games at release. But, what the DS has that the PSP lacks is new games. Yes it has GT4, and a game or two else, but A remake of MGS, and of Spiderman 2 (which might I add is one of the worst games to date), a hacked up tetris, a remixed THUG2, a NFSU Rivals, and ALOT of sports games that have been out. Yes there are many games, click here to see the list.Collapse )
but, does that mean that it is going to do better than ANY OTHER HANDHELD SYSTEM EVER has against Nintendo. Remembering that Nintendo has both the DS and the GBA/GBASP, and they both sell regularly, and both sell very well, GBA(sp) has enough games to fill a small country, much like the PS2 does with the exception that the PS2 has enough for one and a half small countries.
DS gamelist... topping 90 with 96 games, many are announced, but they will get here...Collapse )

I would say that Sony looks to be in more trouble than Nintendo. Not saying either are gonna die off, just saying right now Sony is having worse problems.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Before anyone says, oh, you are nothing but a Nintendo Fan Boy, thats why your opinion is biased. I just want you all to know, I dont want ANY of these companies to go down. I believe that people should know Nintendo is not in as much trouble as everyone thinks.

hey kids, i just got done modding the greatest journal equivalent to this. only, it will have some extra features, including a game of the month. and i promise to watch over this one and that one better. computers have been dumb to me lately, so i apologize. but in any instance, since this is goon ratings, and goons do enjoy manga, here are some manga ratings. and a rating of god of war.

bleach
i love it! the art style is amazingly perfect! the dialogue and plot are absolutely stunning. currently there are 5 volumes with the sixth due out tomorrow. hooray!
rating 10/10

ragnorok
not exactly, manga, but actually manwha(the korean equivalent). very entertaining, but the cliche large breastested, seemingly always cold artwork can be kind of annoying. also, this is read from left to right, instead of right to left as most manga is.

rurouni kenshin
need i say more? it's kenshin. he rules.
rating10/10

trigun and trigun maximum
amazing. better than the anime, of course most mangas are because it's straight from the artist. rather than people who just copy the artist. in case you don't know, the actual artist has very little to do with the anime. but my only problem with this manga is, no pointers! sometimes you can't tell who is saying what. but this never gets in the way of the plot. a must read.
rating10/10

hellsing
now, most of you that know me, know that i love hellsing. i am enthralled with it. vampires killing nazis, what's not to like?
rating10/10

GOD OF WAR
wow. just wow. this is one amazing game. just everything about it, from the jaw-dropping graphics, to the astounding plot, to the utterly enthralling combat. just wow. if it weren't for the meaningless nudity, this would get a perfect score. come on, if i want boobs, i'll look at real one. not pixel boobs. but this game had my attention from start to finish. a must play.
rating 9/10(because the pointless boobs, they better be glad they decided not to add the penis on the cyclops like they were going to.)

sorry it's been so long kids. i'm thinking of making a goon_ratings for greatest journal because i update there a lot more. lets cut to the chase though shall we?

KILLZONE
wow. this is an incredible game. much better than that over-hyped piece of disappointing trash that goes by the name of halo 2. the A.I. in this game is truly amazing. they'll use covering fire and circle around, take cover, the works. and you can even see someone reloading. multiplayer owns too.
SCORE 10/10

STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT
too short. incredibly fun while it lasts though. especially in the co-op story mode. the large amount of vehicles you can get in make it seem a lot less linear than it really is. good for a rent, unless you have a brother or some other gamer who is always at your house to do 2 player, then buy it.
SCORE 8/10

DONKEY KONGA
good idea, bad execution. if it had more than 2 good songs then it would rule. get the japanese version instead. japanese pop owns anything on this game.
SCORE 6/10

BATEN KAITOS
umm.... cliche? that's the first thing that pops into my head. oh, and the whole you use this weapon the entire game? it never changes? and the craptastic voice acting. not to mention the amateur equipment they use, it sound like everyone is talking into a can. mediocrely entertaining, good graphics. those are the plusses now back to the negatives. xelha. i hate her! they try so hard to make her cute and she just looks stupid! not a very good game, unless you turn off the voice acting. then it's ok.
SCORE with voice acting 3/10
without 6/10 (yes, the voice acting really is that bad.)

LORD OF THE RINGS: THE THIRD AGE
it's ok. not the best, not the worst. some cheesy lines, the moves take forever. just go replay final fantasy X again and you'll get a better experience. or breath of fire, just because it rules.
SCORE 6/10

METROID PRIME 2: ECHOES
better than the first. by about a million. and i loved the first one. controls need some work. (one stick control? didn't that die with the N-64?). it has a pretty good plot too. beautiful graphics. oh, and it has multiplayer. while it may not match up to the greatness that is killzone's multiplayer, it's still a nice, fun little distraction. i like this game a lot. definitely worth a buy.
SCORE 9.5/10 (shame on you nintendo, dual stick navigation is the way to go)

that's all for now. keep an eye out for info on the new castlevania for ps2. it should be coming out in Q4 2005. it's the sequel to castlevania 3. check gamespot for info now. not a whole lot of it, but there are some nice screen shots. watch greatest journal too, i plan on running it daily. only because i get on that a lot more, thanks to it's bazillion better features.

Okay, this is, like, the first game review I've made. I've kinda just been lurking...but now, I have a review to make.
Sonic...f***ing...Battle. I'm not sure I can stress this enough...I hate this game. I hate it way too hard. Way turbo disgustingly hard. Oh...by the way...Know something kinda coincidental? The difficuly is how much I hate it. You cannot change the difficulty at all. It is stuck on rape.

Controls: Well, gameplay is actually pretty decent. Combos will take you all of five minutes to get used to. Basic "mash the A button several times to do a combo" combo, "mash the A button several times then slam people onto the ground with the "aim" attack" combo, and the "mash the A button several times then slam people onto the ground with the "aim" attack and then finish it with a special move" combo. Okay, so it's pretty blah, but it's still fun to do. You get certain special moves. But it's still kinda fun.

Gameplay: Before each match, you can choose which special moves you want to use in a match. There's one special move for the ground and one for the air. The types of special moves are "shot" "pow" and "set". Shot specials are projectiles, pow moves are powerful physical attacks, and sets are traps/bombs. If you choose a "pow" special move for the ground, you cannot set it for the air. Stages are in a sort of 3-D. There are various platforms you can stand on or you can just smack someone around on the ground. Unfortunately, the same mechanics apply. This reduces the game's replay value drastically.

Difficulty: .....I'm not even going into it.

Graphics: The graphics for this game are awesome. The animation is smooth, the arenas are detailed, the characters are very cool to watch as they pull off unique attacks, and I had to admit that I thought I looked cool as I was dying a thousand times in one millisecond.

I could do more in this review but it's late as hell and I'm tired as all (Insert string of expletives). So...yeah. This game had a lot of potential, a WHOLE lot of potential but this game is so hard, you don't get to see what the game has going for it!

Viva La Revolution!! [11 Oct 2004|05:04pm]

zeldagamerlink
[ mood | amused ]

Be warned!

This is a long PRE-RATING, so, it is gonna take up space, because of the content, and the only possible way to explain this is by seeing it and reading, pictures will be on without lj cuts.

A revolution is at hand, literaly, and Goon Ratings is not to go without having a hand (once again with the puns) in it. What I am talking about is the Nintendo DS. This is a formal Pre-rating, but it is a rating in any sense. Rumors, blips, and "inside information" has been popping up EVERYWHERE about this thing, but now, there is the solid, hardcore, hands on truth about it.

(So, now the thing to think is, what do we talk about first?) So many features, we should start with the most simple, and work towards the more difficult. So, we start with one of the most important parts for anyone who is collecting allowance, or making the big bucks, the price. Nintendo has pulled out of the trend, (again, but at least this time it is a good thing), and taken, upon release date, the price to a small fee of $149.99 which is ALOT better than the $199.99 and $249.99 previously expected for it.

(But why is it a surprise the price is low? And at the same time why is $149.99 something to be excited about when I can get a GBASP for $89.99?) Well, capabilities. Starting with the most simple still, we would normally begin with button interface, but it has gotten complex, so, we start with the obvious... There are two screens. Now, some may think, wow, two screens, big freakin deal, but what people don't understand is that is going to be True 3-D on both screens. Meaning, for the first time, a Nintendo handheld can have some leverage needed on, oh, wait, itself, but, even though GBASP is really its only real competitor right now, Sony's PSP will be out, which I believe we will have a PRE-rating for soon, so, the leverage is more like a boost in sales. Kinda like the Nintendo 64 was to home consol gaming after the Super Nintendo, but in the handheld world.

(Now, so two screens, wait? Why?) Well, the answer to that is rather simple, and complex, all at once. Two screens adds the ability to un-clutter your main screen, finally. But also, it plays a much more active roll. The other screen will also, in some games, be playable with the main screen. In one game, I have seen where an object bounces back and forth between the two screens, and it looked awesome. Now, there must be more to it than that, right? Well, there is...

But as I said, simple to complex, so, now we get to buttons. (Wait, this makes no sense, screens, talking about complexity, and now.... buttons????) Well, let me explain, it does have something to do with the screen, just wait. Ok, this handheld is very nice, the button layout is rather nice. Anyone that is a fan of the Super Nintendo's layout will love this one. It has, in formal Nintendo attire, a, GASP, D-PAD. I knew that would get your attention. Anyhow, it also has a Start button, and a Select button, which are placed on the top right side of the system on the inside of the flap. Located on the top of the system will be the traditional L and R buttons, which again is a Nintendo handheld norm now-a-days. So, whats new, in addition to the B and A buttons, you get the new Y and X buttons. The power button is also "added" as to say that on past Nintendo handhelds it was a switch. Now, for the kicker, I can explain about how the screen fits in here, (Ok, hurry, this is the part I was waiting on, I already figured there was X and Y cause you said it was like SNES). The screen in between the D-PAD and ABXY buttons is, drumroll, a TOUCHSCREEN. Yes, this adds SOOOOO much more to the table of possible excellency. Some developers have stated that they have made the touchscreen more of an extra controller over being just another screen. This means, these developers have gone out, and made the touchscreen able to be more buttons if needed. So, this adds alot of new functions for your games.
If you look at this picture you will see the direction buttons and view buttons, if you press on these on the DS you will actually move the screen as how the buttons say!

(Ok, that is awesome, but, thats all right, no extra things?) Well, thats where I get setup for the features this brings. Built in to the Nintendo DS is a "game", I call it a program, called PictoChat. Crap, well, in order to explain that, I have yet one more of the many features I have to explain. (No, I just wanted to know what this Pi c to chat is....). Well, wait a dandy second friend. This handheld is using what has been newly introduced to its handheld couterpart, GBA(SP), which is wireless multi-player, EXCEPT, the main difference is, wireless is the only way to play. You can connect up to 16 Nintendo DS' at once, which is an upgrade to other handhelds. Also, this wireless multi-player has come with a deep advantage to people, as to say that if you find a wireless hub that will support it, you can play, and this is the most extremely wild part, See what I think may be a possibility by thisCollapse )you CAN play this ONLINE. My heart almost stops, tears of blood fall, and the End Of Days has begun, because Nintendo actually has something that can go online. As well as i'm not sure if that was their initial plan or not, but some hands on people have rigged some things into being able to run it Online.

(WOW, online, so, you say that is for sure... wait, are you trying to avoid that PictoChat thing?) No, I'm not, I just forgot. The online part is NOT 100%, but, we will find out soon enough. Now, back to that PictoChat. The PictoChat like I said is a program, or "Game" as Nintendo calls it, that is built into the hardware, but what I didn't tell you was that it can be used as a messaging tool. On the touchscreen, you will get a onscreen keyboard that will let you type away, and up to 16 Nintendo DS' can be hooked on all at once, so you can have a small chat-room with it. Now, here comes the fun part, not only do you get to chat, but the DS comes with an extra utencil, one I haven't covered yet. It comes with a Stylus Pen, that lets you write directly onto the screen, allowing you to be able to write the words instead of type. Also it allows for you to make pictures, so you can play tic tac to, cause you can copy and paste other messages.
A sample of how this is going to look.

(So thats all right? Nothing more they could do?) I almost wish, but there is more. An added bonus to the wireless multiplayer, or more or less a bonus for multiplayer, is that if you have a multiplayer game you want to play, the wireless LAN system will SEND the game into empty DS' so you can play without having to make all your friends go out and buy that game. This is something that can help gain you goons popularity. That being one of the most spectacular parts about the multiplayer is something we have wished for, for a long time.

(Wow, finally, I can play a game without being forced to buy it. Nice.) That not entirely what is going on here. But it is the general slump of it. Now, they fixed a problem most handhelds have been dealing with as an itch for a long time. They finally equiped a handheld with a GOOD sound system. They placed a 16 channel sound system. So, voices, music, sound effects, and whatnot, all comes out sounding like gold. And, an added extra is that there is a built in microphone for voice recognition.

(Now, you've said alot, and that has to take alot of work. How is this thing gonna run?) The DS' comes packed, it has a Lithium Ion battery, like the Nintendo Game Boy Advanced SP, and each screen has it's own processor. One screen has a processor much like that of GBASP, the other is a stronger one. The Battery life is ALSO like the GBASP of 10 hours. This Nintendo handheld will come with a couple options to keep it alive longer, such as, it has a Sleep mode, just like the other handheld by Nintendo, the GBASP. New to Nintendo though, is a Standby Mode. This will save more power than even the sleep mode.

(That is awesome. But I have a question. You keep calling it, the other Nintendo handheld. Why?) One of the most important parts about this is for people to know it is NOT a new Game Boy. (Hold on, you mean I can't play my game boy games on it?) Actually, you can. It is an amazing extra they added, probably to boost sales though.

So, now that I have gone through the main points of the hardware. i'll show it to you.

My apologies. In my last post, I used the name "Itachi Sasuke". I don't know why. His name is "Uchiha Sasuke." My bad. Don't kill me.
